From Spring:

If you are coming from Interstate 45 north and the town of Spring, take FM 2920 to Tomball. When in town, watch your speed on FM 2920, the speed limit changes several times and there are school zones. Holderrieth is a left turn at the stop light midway into town, there is a CVS Pharmacy at the corner of FM 2920 and Holderrieth. Take Holderrieth to the first four-way stop. Immediately to your right on the corner you will see 308 Holderrieth, a single-story office complex. Please Note... Our Tomball office location will change from 425 Holderrieth to 308 Holderrieth the last weekend of February 2009. Our office staff will advise patent’s of the change when calling to confirm appointments.


	From Waller or Hempstead: If you are coming from the towns of Waller or Hempstead, exit Hwy. 290 onto FM 2920 to Tomball, continue past the Hwy 249 intersection for approximately ¾ of a mile. Holderrieth is a right turn at a stop light, there is a CVS Pharmacy at the corner of FM 2920 and Holderrieth. Take Holderrieth through to the first four-way stop. Immediately to your right on the corner you will see 308 Holderrieth, a single-story office complex

	From Willowbrook Mall Area: If you are coming from the Willowbrook Mall or FM 1960, take Hwy 290 north to Tomball. Follow Hwy. 290 into town and turn tight onto Graham, just before the intersection of FM 2920. There is a Wallgreens Pharmacy at the corner of Hwy 249 and Graham. Proceed along Graham, through the intersection of Raymond and Lawrence until your are in front of the

Tomball Regional Hospital. At the four-way stop, turn left, proceed one block north to the stop sign. 308 Holderrieth is located on the opposite left corner.

From The Woodlands:
If your appointment is at the Tomball office location and are coming from from Interstate 45 north and The Woodlands, take FM 1488 West to Hufsmith Kohrville Road (FM 2978) south bound to FM 2920. Turn right onto FM 2920 and continue into Tomball. When in town, watch your speed on FM 2920, the speed limit changes several times and there are school zones. 	New Magnolia Office Location If you are traveling from Waller or Hempstead, take Highway 290 to the intersection of FM 1488 and head east towards Magnolia, proceed east through the intersection with Magnolia Blvd. (FM 1774) and past Beaumont Street to the new Magnolia office of the Northwest Houston Heart Center at 18230 FM 1488. If your appointment is at the new Magnolia office, and you are traveling from The Woodlands area, take Highway 45 N. to the intersection of FM 1488 and proceed west to Magnolia. The Northwest Houston Heart Center is located at 18230 FM 1488, on the north side of highway west of Kelly Road and before Beaumont Street.
